Acid Reflux: Ignore It at Your Peril

Acid Reflux If you are one of the growing number of people in this country who suffer from acid reflux disease, no one has to tell you it can be painful just to eat a meal.

But what you may not know is that acid reflux sometimes is more than just a burn in your chest. You could be suffering, for example, from Esophagus Rot. That's where the acid wells up into your esophagus so frequently that it eats through the lining and begins "rotting" away the tissue.

Esophagus Rot, in turn, could lead to much more serious and threatening disorders such as asthma and pneumonia, if the acid moves into your lungs.

Acid Reflux Can Lead to Serious Diseases

Moreover, if you ignore your acid reflux problem, you could be putting yourself at risk of contracting the following diseases:

  • Strictures – The esophagus actually constricts, stopping the flow of acid, or any food or drink for that matter, from getting where it needs to be. You might have to have your food surgically removed and the stricture repaired.
  • Ulcers – As if the acid weren't enough to keep you up at night, ulcers are painful sores that occur after the acid has eaten the lining of your esophagus. They can inflame just like acid reflux, but the effects are much stronger. If left untreated they can bleed and cause additional problems.
  • Barrett's Esophagus – Sometimes the damage is so extensive that it actually changes the cellular make-up of your esophagus. The tissue morphs to look and act more like the lining in your stomach, which is stronger and more resilient to flowing acid. The problem is that when cells alter themselves, it opens the door to cancer.
  • Esophageal Cancer – A life-threatening disease, albeit rare. Esophageal cancer happens when the lining just can't take anymore. Barrett's Esophagus cells transform; some cells go bad and become cancerous.

Acid Reflux Remedies and Options

Now your doctor might suggest medications that you possibly could be on for the rest of your life. Or he might recommend surgery.

But there are other options. Many such all-natural options can be found in a report prepared by Barton Publishing, which claims that the information in its report will cure your acid reflux once and for all ...

  • Without drugs.
  • Without side effects.
  • Without surgery.
  • With natural cures and remedies found in your refrigerator, pantry or, at most, your local grocery store.

Barton's report is called the Reflux Remedy Report: Fast, Safe & Natural Home Remedy Information.

Report Offers Natural Remedies for Acid Reflux

In its report, Barton recommends:

  • The kind of foods you should eat for 2 days straight that the report says will soothe and promote the natural healing of your esophagus (page 6).
  • A way it says will put a stop to your acid reflux instantly with a "secret, power-combo cure" that could last days between doses (page 9).
  • Eating a certain variety of apple that it says beat out all others in putting acid to bed all night long. Usually, one slice was said to be enough (page 11).
  • Taking some "rather unusual yet simple mixtures" that, while you keep the acid level down, will start healing any damage that acid reflux already has done (page 21).
  • A very "weird" but reportedly effective – and natural – remedy for hiatal hernia (page 22).

The report also has a section in which customers share their experiences and what worked for them.

Finally, Barton says if its recommendations don't cure your disease, you can get a full refund. That being the case, you apparently have nothing to lose but your acid reflux disease.

Voltaire (and your grandmother) recognized long ago that humor and laughter are good for you. You've probably noticed yourself that you simply feel better after a good belly laugh. The problem, of course, is that your sense of humor generally abandons you right when you need it the most – on the tough days. But if you manage to bring your sense of humor to your daily conflicts on your job, your relationship with your spouse and children, and your health or financial problems, you'll go a long way toward improving the quality of your life; and you'll boost your physical health and well-being. – Paul E.
