These pills do sort of work, if you're willing to commit… Well, I went ahead smoking as usual the whole time, but after a few weeks, noticed that I wanted to smoke less and less. I love the fact it was all natural
and I was able to quit without having to take extra nicotine. I had
done lots of research as to the effects of nicotine on the body and it
speeds up your heart rate every time you have a cigarette, putting you
in danger of having a heart attack every time you smoke. As heart
conditions run in the family, I knew I had to give up smoking, and
smoke deter helped me no end.

I took it for the time that it
said and I found I stopped feeling like a cigarette. It was amazing. I
didn’t feel sick or anything, just didn’t want one at all. Even when I
was out for a drink, I still didn’t even want to have one. No-one could
believe it, least of all me. I must admit, I had a really strong desire
to quit, this is absolutely essential. This isn’t going to help you if
you don’t really want to quit smoking, or someone else wants you to. If
you are ready, committed, and have a real desire to stop smoking, smoke
deter really helps with the cravings and I didn’t put on any weight
either. I recommend giving it a try.
